Website information should therefore not be treated as a binding reservation or final operational confirmation where a later official confirmation is required.
3. Enquiries are not enrolment
Sending a contact, trial, service or Pedibus enquiry does not by itself constitute acceptance, enrolment, reservation, membership, payment or confirmation of a place. The association will communicate any required next step through the appropriate official channel.
4. Formal registration and payment
Where a course or activity requires formal registration, membership or payment, the relevant Kya registration/payment flow and any information or terms presented in that formal process govern the transaction. These website Terms do not replace those transaction-specific conditions.

Text, design, logos, photographs and other materials remain protected by the rights of the association and/or their respective rights holders.
